Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance services?
Absolutely! You get two weeks of post-launch support for any bugs, tweaks, or improvements. After that, you can hire me for one-off updates as needed, join the Design Partner retainer, or handle updates yourself since Framer is pretty user-friendly.
Do you provide copy support or should we provide content?
If you already have content, we will refine it for clarity, if not we will help you to define the messaging.
Can we be part of the process in realtime or is it just milestone based?
You can be involved in every process during the project if you want. We work async, share progress every 48 hrs and keep everything transparent so you always know what's happening.
Why do unlimited revisions have a deadline?
We’re happy to offer unlimited revisions as long as they’re genuinely helping the project meet expectations. The only reason we set a time limit is to avoid an endless loop of changes that can delay completion.
How do payments work to work with you?
We charge 50% upfront to reserve your spot and start the process, the 25% after design approval and the rest before delivering the assets and closing the project.
What if I need updates after launch?
We include free launch support for 7 days to 30 days after delivery to help you with final checks and small fixes. After that, you can request additional updates anytime or select the retainer on monthly basis.
